list, I m lying in the top quartile. But by doing so, I found some of my
weakness that I would like to improve for enhancing my management skills. These

Firstly, I will
define the problem and its acceptance with its actual causes. Secondly, I will
generate many alternative solutions for the same problems with the different
merits and demerits of each. Thirdly, I will evaluate the all solutions and
find out the best optimal solution for the problem. Finally, I will implement
that optimal solution and will follow up with feedback.
